SAFETY
The LASER Exhaust is for use on Racing Vehicles only. This product is not for street use as it does not comply with Local, State or Federal emission laws. Unlawful use of the Laser Exhaust System by the purchaser is illegal and the purchaser assumes all liabilities for it’s use.
POWER AND SAFETY
These Laser Exhaust Systems will increase the power level of your Racing or Track day vehicle. It is thus advised that a ONLY a professional pilot/rider be used to operate the LASER Exhaust Equipped vehicle on a closed course.

WARRANTY AND RETURNS
RETURN POLICY:
Returns accepted within 7 days of receipt for credit or refund. Your must call 718-468-4680 or email us to explain the reason for return. We will then issue a RTV number so that you can return the item in question. Please note that all return shipments are to be shipped insured for the value of the purchase. All returns will be shipped at the buyers expense and must be in original packaging and in perfect salable condition. A -20% Restocking/Quality Control fee will be applied to your refund or credit issued. It is at our discretion as to whether a credit or refund will be given depending on the circumstances. Used or assembled items do not qualify for return.
WARRANTY POLICY:
All warranty claims must be processed by notifying us ASAP by phone 718-468-4680 or you can email us at Sales@FosterRAD.Please describe the issue and we will take the appropriate action.
Please note that all warranty claims are submitted to Laser Engineering the manufacturer. It is their decision as the guarantor, as to what action to take. We assume no liability but will facilitate the claim and make sure that it is resolved quickly to your satisfaction.
